In February I was awarded the a-n Artist development bursary. Through this I have been able to develop my audio visual practice and develop the tactile to digital kit I use in activity sessions in schools and community settings.
Being able to do this has enabled more participants of varying ages and abilities to benefit during sessions. It has also helped the collective I work with to be recognised by Ofsted in a recent school report as adding value to children's learning and understanding of community.
Further development has now enabled the introduction of sound as a tool for mark-making to be developed within the kit to explore and further inclusivity and participatory engagement.
Thank you a-n for your confidence in my work and valuable support.
